It's a three part interview process where the first interview is a meet and greet. The second interview goes more in depth about the company as a whole as well as the day-to-day requirements. The third interview is immediately after the second and is just a general wrap up with a question/answer session. The hiring process is very quick and efficient and could take less than three days depending on the interviewees schedule. You get the opportunity to meet several different people within the company during the hiring process which gives you a better understanding of the company culture and team.

I applied online and the whole process took just one day. I interviewed at Runnit NC in March 2019. It was a three-part interview, with the second part being the most important. The first interview was basically a meet and greet, discussing what the company does, my background, and interests. It was super relaxed and helped calm my nerves. The second interview was with another team member who explained the pay structure, the daily operations, and gave a deeper look into the clients and products. This interviewer was really sharp and happy to answer all my questions, and they were very personable, which made me feel comfortable being myself. The third round happened right after the second, again with the manager. He was upfront about expectations and offered me the job on the spot.

A few days after applying, the office administrator reached out for a phone screening. After they reviewed my experience, I was offered an in-person interview with a manager. There was a brief introductory interview and then a longer second one. I liked that each interview was one-on-one. The managers I met asked about my qualifications and career aspirations. Everyone seemed friendly and professional, introducing themselves if they saw me in the lobby. The company culture and laid-back staff made a good impression. They seemed keen on my skills for clients, but also how I'd represent them.

The interview covered my business interests and marketing/sales experience. It felt pretty relaxed at first, but then they described the actual job duties, which were the complete opposite of what I was looking for. I felt like the job posting was really misleading, and it was a pretty negative experience.
