Digital Producer
It was a fun interview process. They asked me questions about my experience and we talked about my resume, and I answered their questions about it. I had a couple of interviews to get the job, and it was fun.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience?
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- Can you answer questions about your resume?
Production Coordinator
The interview process was super organized and really thoughtful. I felt really comfortable asking questions, opening up new lines of conversation, and sharing my experiences and thoughts. It's clear by the team I met that this is a great company.
- Can you walk me through your previous experience?
- What technical skills do you possess?
- How would you describe your personality?
Video Producer
I went through two interviews. First, I chatted with HR about my resume and work history. Then, I met with the main team working on projects. They wanted to hear about specific projects I'd worked on, focusing on the tricky parts and what I learned. It was a really good chat, like catching up with fellow industry folks, and it reminded me why I love what I do. They got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. The whole thing was pretty smooth.
- Tell me about a project you found particularly challenging.
- Can you walk me through your typical production process?
Project Coordinator
So, first I had a Skype call with the recruiter. After that, I went in for an in-person interview at their office. I met with three people there in a boardroom. They never told me if I got the job, but I could tell from how it went that it wasn't going to work out.
- Could you elaborate on your statement about organizing chaos in your cover letter and provide concrete examples?
- You mentioned you're good at organizing chaos in your cover letter; what exactly does that mean to you?
- Can you give me specific examples of situations where you've organized chaos?
