Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very straightforward. Nothing really stood out in terms of unique questions, it was mostly about discussing past experiences and interests. It would be beneficial to have some familiarity with the programs used here, otherwise, they might not understand your motivation for applying. You might want to consider taking a few classes to ensure you genuinely like this type of work. The good news is that you get free access to them once you're employed!

Very basic questions were asked, and the community felt great. They primarily wanted to know if I was interested in creating a good client experience and if I was a team player. They also inquired about any prior hospitality experiences I might have.

I got an email a day after applying saying they were moving forward with other candidates. It would have been nice to have an interview. They clearly have some bias.

Behavioral Other

A manager initially reached out about my availability, then I was ignored for a month until another manager contacted me. I had an interview via Google Hangout for their new Rumble Training studio. Following that, I had a quick 30-minute in-person interview. After that, I was ghosted as they opened the new studio. It was surprising given their focus on hospitality, but I was ignored twice which felt absurd, possibly due to many applicants.
