It was not difficult, they asked simple questions about technologies. The HR person was great! The process was a bit slow at first but it was worth it. I would recommend it if you find a vacant role, although the salary is not so good.

So the interview was pretty standard, it started with a phone screen, then I had a phone interview with two directors, and after that, I had a face-to-face meeting with a leader. They also asked for a background check.

I had a bunch of phone calls with two different recruiters over the first couple of weeks. It felt like I was repeating myself to them because neither one was the hiring manager and they couldn't give me specific details about the role. Then, I was told the job was paused. They reached out again in January to restart the process, but we ended up doing the same initial phone screen (asking the same questions, checking my status, etc.) before I received an automated rejection email.

Behavioral

The interview process was very slow and unorganized, with communication primarily through email. After scheduling, the interview had to be rescheduled two additional times, involving at least four contacts initially. When the interview finally occurred, it was conducted over the phone via Skype because neither participant could use video. Overall, it felt like a disorganized way to begin the hiring process.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you introduce yourself?
  • Describe a situation where you had to resolve an issue related to scheduling.
