Thought it was ok, went to bad, but for challenging, they just asked questions about my resume and such things. They were very polite and well-spoken, very impressive people to speak with and hear their experiences.

I applied with my resume, and I have previous experience with the company. The first interview was to go over general questions, my job duties, and to see if it was a good fit. Then I had an interview with the area manager, followed by an interview with the district managers.

The interview process was split into two parts, both held at a private off-site location. The first interview was about an hour long with an HR Representative from the corporate office. They were really honest and clear about what the job requires and expects. The second interview happened at the same place but with two people: the same HR Rep and the District Manager. This one was more in-depth, and I had to answer a lot of questions.
