First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ruhrpumpen.
Product Engineer
I was told I would hear back in a week, but it's been a month and I still haven't heard back. The interview questions were mostly about my experience with BOM management and CAD software, which I talked about a lot.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Would you be willing to relocate to Germany?
Project Manager
First a phone call, then an interview with HR. After that, two interviews with project and supply area managers. Then psychometric tests, medical exams, and an offer. You have a few days to consider the offer.
- Describe your work experience applied to a specific process.
- Give an example of working under pressure.
- Tell me about a particular case.
Inside Sales Specialist
I started with a phone interview. Then, about a month later, I had a virtual interview that was scheduled. The manager was really nice and kept things relaxed. It was about 30 minutes long. Just be yourself.
- What are your reasons for wanting to leave your current company?
Intern
The interview process involves a 30-minute conversation with both the department manager and the HR manager. During this chat, they'll ask about your personal life, interests, work background, and motivations for pursuing this field. After the discussion, they'll take about three days to evaluate and then provide feedback on whether you've been approved or not.
- How do you envision yourself professionally?
