Technical Support Engineer
It was a few calls to make sure I had the technical skills for the position. The interview process was more about my ability to absorb the tech stack, handle incoming tickets, and help the firm standardize the IT department. My direct report wanted to ensure we'd be a good team.

Senior Social Media Strategist
I had a good experience with the hiring manager, but it felt like there were way too many interviews for the job. I spoke with the recruiter, the hiring manager, the team, some leadership folks, and then the hiring manager one more time. After going through about 5 rounds of interviews, they put the role on hold and I didn't get an offer.

Product Designer
This was a 5 stage interview process over 2 months. It started with a recruiter screener, then a take-home assignment, followed by a whiteboard challenge. The final stage involved 2 interviews with the senior leadership team. It was interesting that they didn't do a design portfolio review. They seemed like they really wanted to hire me, not just that they needed to.

It took about a month for the whole process, but I did get an offer in the end. There was a technical round where they asked some basic SQL questions, and also an HR round.
