Presentation

It was quite a taxing process, there were 3 rounds that included a presentation. After that, I didn't hear back from them except for an automated email saying someone else was offered the role. I mean, it's okay if another candidate was a better fit, but I would have hoped for a more personal touch or some feedback after all the time and effort I put into the process. I did follow up to ask for this but never heard back.

I had an initial screening call with a recruiter for an email marketing position at Ruggable. The recruiter was great and the call went well. A few days later, I got an email saying they were excited to move forward with the interview process and asked me to share my availability for the next round. A day or two after that, I received a standard rejection email stating they've decided to pursue other candidates for the role.

I started with a screen, then spoke with the hiring manager, and then had a super-day with back-to-back interviews with different people. I also had an online assessment to complete. It was a pretty typical process for a tech or corporate job.
