The interview process was good. It moved quickly and was transparent. They offered to pay for the case study, but I was ghosted after following up about payment. Everyone I spoke with was lovely though.
- Which brands do you feel are currently succeeding?
Graphic Designer
It was a long, drawn-out process and a total waste of time. We started with a phone interview, then there was a design test. After that, a 1:1 interview. The worst part was having to meet the whole team, and the whole thing took about two and a half hours. Some people didn't even ask questions, and when they did, they'd grill you about the design test, even though you only had a few hours to do it. Plus, they didn't tell you if you got the job for five weeks, even though they said they'd let you know within a week.
- How do your personal values align with the company's values?
Graphic Designer
The hiring process moved pretty quickly. It included three rounds of interviews, and I also had to complete a take-home project. All the people I talked to were great and nice. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes.
- Can you share details about your experience with performance creative work?
