Customer Service Representative
I applied online and then got called into the store for an interview. They seem to have new management. A lot of the new people working there were super friendly. Then I got called in for a second job and they made me an offer.

Opportunities for career advancement are limited, and the pay is significantly lower than at comparable businesses in the area. There's an imbalance where expectations are high, but rewards are low.
