Because I was currently employed, the process was expedited. After HR screened me, the hiring manager called me to gauge my suitability for the role. He was quite helpful and gave me a thorough understanding of the position. He even arranged for me to meet one of his team members to give me a better feel for the job, which was instrumental in my decision-making. I found the manager to be a great person who genuinely tries to make candidates feel at ease when extending an offer. All in all, it was a positive experience.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was well organized and it was a panel interview. It was very professional, and it was impressive that no HR people were present, considering the level of questioning and professionalism. I expected some disorganization and maybe some disallowed questions since I have an HR background, but that didn't happen.
