I thought it went great. I had one phone interview and was asked to complete TWO comprehensive assessments, which was essentially free work. I see now this is a trend from this company after reading through other reviews, getting people to interview, complete and “assessment” and then take their work and ghost them. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent practices. I'm disappointed that I wasted my time doing free work for them to just steal. Thats what it is, stealing.

Got contacted on LinkedIn, and the COO reached out a few days later with some questions. He then set up an in-person interview for about two and a half weeks later, along with a few more questions. I ended up interviewing with the CEO and COO at the same time. They were both really nice. They asked about my past experience, discussed some open responsibilities within the company that I could potentially take on, and inquired about my familiarity with those duties. They gave me an opportunity to ask them any questions I had, and I also got a brief tour of the office. A week later, I heard back and was told they wouldn't be extending an offer right now.

The hiring process went fine until they ghost you if you don't fit what they're looking for. It was the typical interview process: a phone interview followed by an in-person interview. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything. It's okay if they feel I'm not a good fit, but they should at least have the decency to send a quick email saying they've moved on. I'm sure they have a template for that. Some might say it doesn't matter if they tell you or not that you didn't get the job, but then they shouldn't say, "feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments." It's funny how the lady mentioned "southern hospitality" at this company, but I guess that went out the window since they couldn't even be bothered to email me back. I wouldn't recommend this company for career advancement. Terrible!

Applied online and a week later I got a call. Then it took 2 weeks to get a phone screen with the Sales Manager (but he left before I started). After that, I had to go to the office to interview with the owners (husband and wife). I had a phone call with the COO (the husband) and he approved me to take an online skills/aptitude assessment. The next week, I was asked back to the office to meet the CEO (the wife). Finally, about a week after that, I got an offer and they wanted me to start the very next day.
