The whole thing was pretty chill and straightforward. I set up the interview on the line and there was just one interview, plus a quick screening. Then I got called back. The main thing in the phone chat was to see if you're cool with talking on the phone.

The interviews were great. A unique part of their process is that they include mock phone calls. This helps them see how good you are on the phone and how you can talk to potential donors. People have said they were asked to do mock calls to check their phone voice and how they approach things.

The interviewer was easygoing, making me feel at ease, and the overall experience was enjoyable and pleasant, providing a comfortable atmosphere throughout the interview process. They were well-prepared and engaging, asking insightful questions that sparked thoughtful discussions. This approach helped alleviate any anxiety, making the entire process seem more like a conversation than an evaluation.

I had an interview with one person first. Then about a week or two later, I had a second interview with that same person and two other people. Both interviews were on Microsoft Teams. They sent the offer about 2.5 weeks after the second interview via text. I asked about salary flexibility, and they took back the offer. I told them I was still interested because I cared about culture and growth and liked the company, and asked about culture. They stopped responding and I never heard from them again, even though they were texting me back quickly all day.
