The interview was held in person. It included a tour of the facility and a rundown of general duties. The acting day manager gave the tour. At the end, I got a tentative job offer, and I can decide later if I want it.

The interview process was quick and comfortable. The General Manager made me feel at ease. I was able to go into the playroom to see the environment firsthand. (Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the dogs and the day-to-day tasks.)

I went to the small and big dog rooms. The other playroom attendants talked about what it's like to work there and told me the names of the dogs. You need to interact with the dogs and show you're interested because they'll get an evaluation sheet about your reaction to them. Then they asked me questions about my experience. We talked about how I could help the company and what I could bring to it.

  • Don't forget the dog names, they will ask you about them.
