The HR person didn't seem that interested in getting to know me. They asked the questions they were supposed to and then finished. It felt like they weren't really trying to ask actual questions to learn about me.

Behavioral

I interviewed with the head of HRBPs and another HRBP. It felt neutral, no super hard questions. It was a bit weird because they had a list and jumped between topics, which felt forced. It was about an hour long. They could have asked better questions and been clearer about what they're looking for. It wasn't bad, but I wish I knew what they wanted. They didn't explain the role well, maybe because they're not sure themselves.

The interview process was very formal and respectful. It was concise and straight to the point. Simply said, I filled out some paperwork that lasted about 10 min and next thing you know I was called in and was out of there within another 10-15 min.
