The interview was conducted over Zoom. We reviewed my assessment and typing skills test. We discussed my previous customer service experiences and the responsibilities of the role. I was asked some questions and then observed a current employee performing their duties to gauge my suitability for the position.

Got a call initially after selecting a time from a group of options for a phone interview. Completed a personality assessment after receiving a link via email. Then, two receptionists greeted me in the lobby. The hiring manager gave me a tour of the entire 2nd floor of the facility. It seemed like a really welcoming place, which is great since I'm naturally a positive and energetic person. We then went to the hiring manager's office where we talked for a bit and I answered some questions. There was a 3-minute typing skills assessment. I thought it might be better if it was sound-to-keys since we're on the phone a lot, rather than just sight-to-keys. After that, we went back to the office, discussed salary, and I signed some paperwork for the background check before being shown out. A third round involved another typing test and a discussion about the job again with the hiring manager.

I applied on their website and they dragged this entire interview process for a month long, and I had to reach out to find out I didn’t get the job. The way they handled this process was very unprofessional, why are you putting potential candidates through FOUR - 1 hour long interviews just for an entry level position? And why are you making the interview process a month long journey?
