Had panel style interviews. There were 4 interviews in total, about 5 hours of questions. It was a great experience at first, and I thought I was going to get an offer. But nobody responded after that. I had to reach out to the recruiter myself and was told the position was offered to someone else. Wasted a lot of time.

The hiring manager reached out to me via LinkedIn and we had a phone interview. The next step was supposed to be an onsite, but the coordinator scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager's boss instead, which was fine but could have been clarified first. After that second phone interview, they said they would follow up about next steps for an in-person interview. I sent thank you emails after each call but didn't hear back from anyone. I followed up again directly with the hiring manager, but still no response. I feel like they should at least reach out to say thank you but no thank you, regardless of how busy they are.
