So we started off with introductions, and then dove into discussing my previous and current projects, what challenges I ran into with them, and how I went about finding solutions. After that, it was on to some coding problems - a couple of medium ones and then two harder ones. The whole thing went on for over an hour.

Rubrik visited my college to recruit interns. After a coding round that was significantly harder than any I'd encountered before, they selected 4 students for interviews. I'm unsure if they prioritize high CGPA, but it's possible. The interviews were good; the interviewers were very knowledgeable and knew precisely when to offer hints. I didn't perform well because it was my first interview. After the first round, two candidates were eliminated. I was rejected in the second round, and they ultimately hired one intern from our college.
