First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rubix Group.
Data Analyst
The interview process had 2 rounds and it went well. It requires technical skills. In the first round, they will get to know you by asking various questions. The next round is a PowerPoint presentation where you'll work on a case study and explain it.
- If you are too technical, how would you manage to support the team?
Receptionist
It was a brief, informal chat on Teams that lasted about 20 minutes. The interviewer was quite friendly, but it didn't really feel like a formal interview, and I didn't get the sense they were very invested in me as a candidate.
- Can you describe your approach to customer service?
Business Analyst
Got a speculative approach from a Recruitment Consultant. There were two candidates for this (new) role. Had a telephone interview with the new Project Manager (for a contract role). He mentioned he had a third candidate whom he had previously worked with. Had a favourable (telephone) interview, then a delay. Nothing from Rubix or from the PM. The Recruitment consultant didn't reply to texts or tel. calls. It's now three months later and still no news.
- What would you aim to accomplish in your first three months in this position?
Design Engineer
The interview process was not professional or organized. The interviewers were not friendly or nice, and there was a cold welcome. There were a lot of questions and very long waiting times with late responses. It wasn't a good experience, even though it's a great company.
- What prompted your departure from your prior employment?
