Behavioral Technical Case

The interview experience was really positive from start to finish. First there was a phone screen, then an interview with the controller, followed by an assessment, and finally an interview with the finance/accounting team. Everyone on the team was super friendly and professional, making the whole thing as pleasant as an interview can be. The assessment wasn't too tough and just covered the basic responsibilities of the role. Even though I didn't get an offer in the end, I appreciated that they let me know their decision and gave me feedback on why.

Behavioral Case

The initial phone screening with Talent was very conversational. A first interview with the hiring manager happened quickly via Zoom. A few days later, the final interview was set up with individual Zoom meetings with future colleagues. Before the final step, I had to do a skills assessment, which was a case study directly related to the job. The whole process was nice and designed to give candidates a good idea of expectations and future coworkers.

Behavioral

I got contacted on LinkedIn by the Manager of Talent Operations & Strategy at RubiconMD about my interest in the position. We set up a meeting quickly to discuss my career, the role, and the company. I was really impressed with RubiconMD’s mission, values, and trajectory after our chat. Since that went well, I then had an interview with RubiconMD’s VP of Product. This conversation focused more on my experience and the role itself. I was impressed by how the team was adapting and improving during its fast growth. I liked the interviewing process and the timing. I didn't get an offer in the end.

Case

The hiring process took around 4 weeks and really showed how much they care about finding people who are passionate about the company’s mission and future. Each interview was a chance to learn more about the company and how different teams work, not just the ones I would be part of directly. The interviews felt natural, and all the interviewers were really engaged and made me feel welcome. The way the interviews were structured gave me the info I needed to make a good decision, and I was so thankful they used our time well. I was super happy with how supportive and structured the whole process was and got really excited to join! It felt even better when I joined and saw that the sincerity and engagement from the interviews were real, confirming I made the right choice to join this great organization!
