First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rubicon Programs.
Programme Analyst
I did two interviews with this company, but honestly the person interviewing me was unprofessional and didn't seem to care much about my time or the interview itself. After that, I never heard back from them.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Human Resources Specialist
I started with an interview with the Director of Human Resources. It was a really comfortable chat. At the end, she asked me to come back the next week for interviews with the H.R. Manager and General Counsel. This was also very relaxed, not like a typical panel interview. By the end of that day, my Manager called and offered me the job, which I accepted!
- Can you describe a time you made an error and how you resolved it?
- Could you elaborate on your HR and Payroll experience?
- Please share an instance where you faced a deadline and describe the result.
Case Manager
I went through two interviews, each with two different managers. They asked typical interview questions, along with some hypothetical and behavioral ones. I got to ask a lot of questions too. It also included a tour of the place and meeting other staff members. They also gave a rundown of the program.
- What would you do if an employee wasn't performing well?
Vocational Counselor
It was very relaxed and casual, I was able to connect by responding with real responses. It was more like a conversation than an interview. The staff were very welcoming. Be about 15 minutes early to interview and ask for business card
- What motivates you to work with this specific population?
