Data Analyst
First, they looked at my resume. Then, the HR person called me and talked about the job. After that, I went to the office for a technical test in Excel. The manager then talked to me about Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Finally, there was another HR round.
- Questions regarding advanced Excel were posed during the technical assessment.
Client Service Associate
They didn't tell me I'd be interviewed by different departments beforehand. I thought I was applying for the specific role and department. Luckily I was ready, but I think they should let candidates know.
- Are you familiar with using Excel?
Human Resources
The hiring process went pretty well. It involved an aptitude test, a group discussion, and a phone interview. The aptitude test covered general aptitude, verbal, and logical skills. The group discussion topic was about the current impact of the pandemic on people's lives. The phone interview included standard questions like introducing yourself and explaining your career choices.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivated your decision to get an MBA after your BE?
- What makes you want to get into HRM?
Sales
