I had 2 interviews. The first was with the head of intake, and the second was with a lead. Both were one-on-one. They were really good about calling back and communicating. It was a pretty painless process.

It was simple and the individual I spoke with was very nice. I didn't speak with any attorneys though. My guess is that was because I don't have trial experience, which was apparently a deal breaker. Even though I have a lot of litigation experience, it seems like trial experience is what they're looking for.

I had a Zoom interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer made me feel comfortable. I'm waiting for my second interview, which is tomorrow. Overall, I thought it was a good interview. There were no hard questions.

The interview process was easy, detailed and very professional. The office was beautiful, the staff was nice and helpful. I had an interview via video chat which was different but was very informative and detailed. I enjoyed the interview process and they were so open with any questions. I am in the process of waiting for a call back after they receive all my testing and background information. I can't wait to be a part of their team. They really ask you questions on your personality and they are all about the client which made me truly want to work here because I want to work for a company that makes their clients an importance.
