It was a panel interview. They asked standard questions and really wanted to know a lot about my background and the details of my work experience relevant to this job. It lasted 30 minutes, with no HR involved. The atmosphere was very nice and everything felt positive.

My interview got cancelled and rescheduled twice. There's a big communication gap between management and HR. The interviewers didn't seem to have good people skills. At one point, multiple interviewers were talking to each other while I was answering their questions. They also didn't update me on the results of the first round of interviews for over two months. I ended up withdrawing my application last week.
