I was contacted directly by the hiring manager, not the recruiter, who sent me a Zoom invite for an interview a few days later. The interview was with the hiring manager, another PM, and a Chief Engineer. It seemed to go well. A few days after that, the recruiter emailed me asking for my availability and to answer some general questions, plus my salary expectations. The careers portal didn't update to show an interview happened. After 90+ days of no update, I was told I wasn't being considered anymore. When I asked the recruiter for feedback, they acted like the interview never happened, which was confusing. I'm not sure if that initial meeting was official, but I thought it went fine. I just wish the process was quicker.

It was a pretty long and detailed interview process because they're trying to find key people for the company. The hardest part was worrying about how to prepare, but honestly, you just need to chill and get comfortable. It's like any other place, if you know your stuff and are confident, it'll work out. My advice is to practice with someone you trust who can give you good feedback. If you don't have that, just practice by yourself in front of a mirror.

First, there was a detailed phone interview. A few weeks later, I was invited for a 4-hour onsite interview session with 6 other people. Then, a few weeks after that, I had two more 1:1 interviews as one of the final two candidates. After waiting 8 weeks for an update, with no response to my calls or emails to the hiring manager, I got a generic email saying I wasn't selected. It felt like a waste of my time, and I thought a simple phone call would have been a courtesy.
