Behavioral Technical

Got an initial phone chat with the recruiter first. Then there was a technical recruiter interview which was more general. After that, a manager interview. Finally, a technical/team interview that could differ by department. Some people had two interviews, but it can vary by manager or department. Expect STAR questions and then technical ones.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and heard back about an interview about a week later. The Monday before my interview, there was a networking event where I actually got two more interview opportunities. The day before the main interview, they had an info session about the Tucson location. The day after that, I had three interviews, all done over Zoom because of COVID-19. Before each one, someone made sure my audio and video were working. The interviews were pretty standard. I thought I'd get more behavioral questions, but only one out of the three was like that. Mostly, they asked about my resume and the specifics of my projects, especially how I used the systems engineering process, like with requirements. I got an email the day after the interviews saying I'd get an offer, and the official offer came a week later.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you elaborate on the projects listed on your resume?
  • How did you implement the systems engineering process throughout your projects?
  • What questions do you have regarding requirements in your projects?

Technical Behavioral Coding

Got an email from HR about an interview. Had two phone interviews. Both had technical questions and some behavioral questions about my resume and past experiences. No coding questions though. The first one went well so they set up a second phone interview with the Hiring Manager. This one had more technical questions, some open-ended ones, and more behavioral questions. Still waiting to hear back.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me about your resume?
  • Do you have any technical OOP questions?
  • What are your thoughts on some open-ended design questions?
