Senior Marketing Director
It took about 2 months and 4 rounds of interviews, including one with the CEO. They kept me updated after each stage and the team seemed really enthusiastic. Then, radio silence. No follow-up call or email. Just nothing. It feels unprofessional to have someone invest 2 months of their time for an interview process and then not even get the basic courtesy of an update that they're moving forward with someone else.
- Can you discuss your professional background and relevant experiences?
- What is your philosophy on employee professional development?
- Describe your approach to building and managing teams.
Manufacturing Engineer
So, the interview was actually a three-part thing, all happening on the same day with three different people, starting with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. They were all super nice and welcoming, which made a great first impression. They really made me feel comfortable before diving into questions about my background. I even got a tour of the place and met some other folks working there. Overall, my first impression of the company was really good, and I liked how the interview process was handled.
- The first interview was mostly behavioral questions, asking about my past experiences.
- The second interview focused more on technical aspects related to manufacturing engineering.
Engineer
The whole process took ages, over six months. First, I had a half-day interview, but then they ghosted me after I followed up. It seemed like they forgot about me, and the job posting was still up two months later. I reapplied and got a new recruiter. They scheduled me for more interviews, another half-day session. It took them almost two months again to tell me I wasn't selected. Honestly, given how messy their hiring process was, I probably wouldn't have accepted the offer even if they had gotten back to me sooner. I can't recommend them.
- Discussed technical strategies.
Product Manager
The interview was professional. It went very well, it was structured, transparent, and respectful, including clear communication, role alignment, diverse interviewers, skill assessments, meaningful conversations, timely feedback, and a positive candidate experience.
- When developing a new product, how would you prioritize features considering customer needs, business objectives, and technical limitations? Could you explain your thought process?
- Walk us through your decision-making process for prioritizing features in a new product, taking into account customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
