The interview process was super fast. Apparently, industry recommendations are key because they mentioned they just checked if I had a college degree. The rest of my resume didn't matter.
- Were there any tough questions asked during the interview?
- Did you feel put on the spot with any of the questions?

I applied online through the university job board and then emailed HR on Monday. They replied almost instantly and scheduled a phone call for Wednesday. The phone screening seemed to be mainly about personality. I was then invited for an in-person interview the following Wednesday. The HR person was great, and I enjoyed our chat. During the interview, I completed an Excel test, which I felt good about. Afterward, I met with the HR woman again and then the manager I would be working for. They were both really nice! The office itself was beautiful and well-located, and I was excited about the role and the team, though I noticed not many young people worked there. I sent follow-up emails the next day but didn't hear back, which was a bit strange considering their quick responses earlier. After a week, I emailed HR again. She replied quickly, saying they chose other candidates whose backgrounds were a closer match. I understand, as I've read that they often hire people they know personally. Just a heads-up for those applying without a connection!
