Behavioral Other

Got a call from a recruiter about the job, but they seemed really unprepared and hadn't even properly read the job description, which was quite unprofessional. I was ready to go, but honestly, I didn't even get a chance to talk. They asked some vague questions like 'So.... what do you think... in terms of the ad?'. The recruiter was distracted and rude. As soon as we hung up, I knew that if this was the level of professionalism they offered, the job wasn't worth my time. I had applied for a position in Gentofte, Denmark.

Behavioral Case

Skipped the first round with the recruiter and went straight to the hiring manager interview. The hiring manager interview was pretty straightforward - they gave me info about the role, the team, and the company. They asked me questions about how I handle stakeholders, projects, and then gave me 2 case study questions. I moved forward to the second round within a week, which was a panel interview that was more focused on my resume and team fit. HR was good, though they could have been a little better with communication after the offer was made.
