Senior Specialist
Got a call from a recruiter about the job, but they seemed really unprepared and hadn't even properly read the job description, which was quite unprofessional. I was ready to go, but honestly, I didn't even get a chance to talk. They asked some vague questions like 'So.... what do you think... in terms of the ad?'. The recruiter was distracted and rude. As soon as we hung up, I knew that if this was the level of professionalism they offered, the job wasn't worth my time. I had applied for a position in Gentofte, Denmark.

Technology Specialist
Submitted an online application, then had an initial chat with the team lead. After that, there were online tests, including psychometric and personality tests. It ended with a final interview with the team lead and HR.
- Can you explain why you agree or disagree with the finding that you are 'more intolerant of people compared to others' based on your test results?
- How do your test results compare to the benchmark for a large organization?
- Can you discuss any deviations from the normal distribution in your test results regarding character traits?
Specialist
Skipped the first round with the recruiter and went straight to the hiring manager interview. The hiring manager interview was pretty straightforward - they gave me info about the role, the team, and the company. They asked me questions about how I handle stakeholders, projects, and then gave me 2 case study questions. I moved forward to the second round within a week, which was a panel interview that was more focused on my resume and team fit. HR was good, though they could have been a little better with communication after the offer was made.
- What is your motivation for joining Ørsted?
- Describe your approach to stakeholder management.
- How do you approach project management?
