Graduate Program
It was a 3-round interview process, with the final round being with the hiring manager. The first interview was conducted with the camera on. While the overall experience was decent and people were nice, it's a very competitive program, so be aware of that. It was fun.

The interview process has 2 steps. First, there were screening questions. Then, a study case where I had to present my business case and answer follow-up questions about it and my background.

Graduate Program
So for the general process, there were a few rounds. First, I had to write and submit an essay for the company. Then, I was invited to complete a PLI Test, which is like a cognitive assessment. After that, there was a first round interview. Then it was a 2-day assessment period using a collaborative online tool. Day 1 involved solving a business case and presenting my solution to the interviewees, and then there was another interpersonal interview. Day 2 was about working with a group on another business case and presenting our solution together.
- General interpersonal questions were asked for most of the interview, with no technical questions. However, you would only need to get technical on the business case.
