It was a short interview, mostly focused on gathering information and then a case study in the second round. The interviewers were all very pleasant, making it a good experience overall. However, it did take a considerable amount of time for them to respond after the interview.

I applied online and heard back with an interview invite about two days later. The whole hiring process, from start to finish, took about two weeks. The first interview involved presenting a case, which was outlined in an email beforehand, and was with a team member. After that, there was a second interview which included a logic test. This was discussed with the manager and the same team member from the first interview. The focus was mostly on talking about personality, teamwork, and how I relate to Ørsted.

The interview went well, the atmosphere was nice overall, and casual. Although I didn't hear about the result in over a month, I wasn't told if I was accepted or not. I think it'd be great for the recruiting team to keep in touch with the applicant and inform them about the status of the application.
