There were 2 rounds of interviews, the first one was with the manager and the second one was with more senior leaders on the team. They didn't ask too many technical questions, but instead focused more on my experience and on tasks that I might encounter in the job.

The first interview focused on the job itself and included a case study to be prepared in Excel. This case was to be completed beforehand and then discussed during the interview, covering the assumptions made and the analysis. Following that, there was a second interview with HR, which followed the standard procedure.

The interview process was great, but it was pretty short with 3 interviews all happening on the same day. There was 1 fit interview and 2 case interviews, which were of average difficulty. The case interviews were very specific to the industry, using jargon and financial terms unique to the sector, like calculating the value of green certificates. So, you should be ready and know the basic financial products in this industry.
