So I was offered a job here and then they took the offer back a few hours later saying they had to make corrections. The next day, the CEO and HR reached out for a Zoom call. The CEO said it was his fault, asked if I was still interested, and then interviewed me right then and there. He said they'd meet with the team and get back to me. After a week and a half, I heard back today that they're not moving forward because they're rethinking their hiring needs. It's wild they'd go through with posting a job, spending time and money on interviews, just to string someone along. Honestly, if you're thinking about working here, just run the other way. It feels like the ship is sinking.

The process for this Administrative Assistant role was quick, taking only 2 days to get the results of the test. It was great there was a help center available to ask questions if any issues came up during submission. This was very helpful.

I applied on April 3rd and got an assessment right away. I finished it and then didn't hear anything until May 6th. After that, I had a recorded video interview with an AI. I felt pretty prepared and had a bunch of questions about the job, but there were moments of lag or confusion. I got an automated summary of the AI recording afterward. The salary offered was pretty low compared to the market, which I suspect is why I wasn't asked for more interviews. I tried to get feedback from the recruiter, but no response.

The interview process for this Project Coordinator/Manager role at RSI Security started out promising. We discussed salary expectations for both Project Coordinator ($80K) and Project Manager ($100K) roles, and it seemed like we were aligned with the company’s budget. Initially, the interviews seemed to go well, with both me and the hiring team appearing to be on the same page. However, by the final stages, the offer presented was a complete shock. I was offered $13/hr, which is much lower than what was initially discussed for the Project Coordinator role ($80K/year) and even below minimum wage in the UK. This offer was not only significantly below industry standards for my project management and cybersecurity background but also much lower than previously discussed figures. No explanation was given for this huge difference, and my attempts to get clarification were ignored. The whole process felt very unprofessional. We had agreed on salary figures and had positive conversations, but the company’s final offer was nowhere near what we had discussed. The interviews themselves were also disorganized, with delays, rescheduling, and even panel members not showing up as planned. After investing so much time and effort, I felt disrespected and let down by the lack of transparency. I'd caution others to be careful when negotiating with this company, as their offers might not match what's discussed initially. On the plus side, the company culture seemed good from what little I saw, and the role was fully remote, which was a big plus. But the salary misalignment, poor communication after the offer, and general disorganization made it a disappointing experience. I can't recommend RSI Security based on this, as it felt like a waste of my time and energy.
