I didn't have to go in person for the interview. I had 2 calls. One was a technical screening, and the next and final one they said would be the real interview. It included behavioral questions and a little technical stuff, like about my past experiences. It wasn't challenging.

I was applying for an internship position, so the interview process was pretty straightforward and fair. Mark Arzoomanian, the CEO, asked me questions to get a sense of my personality and stressed the importance of fitting into the company culture at RSC. He gave me a chance to share what I was hoping to gain from an internship and reassured me that we could collaborate to create a valuable experience for both myself and the company. Overall, it was a really positive and productive interview experience.
