First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RPM.
Leasing Consultant
It was really hard to get an interview, I had to apply a bunch of times. But once I got in, I really liked the people at the property, they were super friendly. The benefits looked amazing.
- What are your responsibilities in your current position?
Sales Representative
I was contacted via LinkedIn and had a phone call. Then I had a video meeting with the Director of Sales (both former and new). After that, I had an in-person meeting with someone from the sales team and the Director of Sales. They weren't really clear about the role throughout the process, so I'm actually glad I didn't get an offer.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join RPM?
Pastry Chef
The application process was really quick, only taking about three minutes. They were flexible with scheduling interviews to work around my school schedule. They also communicated in a timely manner about setting up interview times. To find out the pay rate for the position, an interview was required. I initially encountered them at a career fair held at my school.
- Can you describe your ability to work effectively within a team?
Staff Accountant
The interview process was really quick and went smoothly. I had two interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with the CFO. Both were great conversations, and each lasted about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job in the end, but the overall experience was positive.
- How would you handle various scenarios that might arise in this position?
