I went through a three-stage interview process. The first two interviews were over the phone, and the last one was in person. The final round was a presentation to a panel. Everyone was really nice when I got to the office and they made sure to help me relax before the interview started.

The first round was with the recruiter, and the second round was with the manager. The manager then advanced me to the third round, which they said would be a culture interview, but it turned out not to be. The two interviewers in the third round asked unclear and condescending questions. Although it was supposed to be a technical interview, I was asked engineering questions.

Technical Presentation

The whole thing was super smooth. Started with a quick phone chat, then an hour-long video call, and finished with a video panel interview with all the exec managers in the US, like 10 people. I had to do an RPA project beforehand, which I did. But then my presentation wouldn't load right during the interview. The interviewers were really rude about it, even saying how unprepared we all were when it was their tech causing the problem. The whole thing took about two weeks. They ended up hiring someone from inside.
