Pharmacy Technician
I found the job online and then the staffing agency contacted me the very next day. The first call I had with the account manager wasn't really an interview, it felt super casual and relaxed. They mainly just wanted to chat about my past work experience and when I could start. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the first client I would be working with. This was scheduled about a week after I applied on the agency's website. It was pretty laid-back too, just a normal conversation. I got the job offer on the same day and then started the following week.
- Can you tell me about your experience duration in this field?
- What different kinds of pharmacies have you worked in before?
- Which pharmacy equipment and software are you acquainted with?
Recruiter
I went through a 3-part interview process and some of the people I interviewed with were rude. Luis was great, but the other two leaders were condescending and inappropriate. I also wasn't kept in the loop between interviews. Even though the interviewers gave me excellent feedback, they didn't tell me their hiring decision or return my calls/emails when I asked about the status.
- Regarding your interest in leadership, are you okay with potentially not reaching that level for an extended period?
- Could you describe your experience in recruiting?
- What are some of the key metrics you've worked with?
Account Executive
Had 1 phone interview where they asked about me and my background and why I wanted to work here. Then had 2 in-person interviews. The first in-person was with the VP and Regional Manager. The second in-person was with the VP and 2 Regional Managers.
- Can you describe the most challenging aspect of the sales process?
- Are there any sales authors you particularly admire?
Administrative Assistant
I walked in feeling positive and open, but also a little anxious. Amy Brannigan made me feel more comfortable right away with her friendly greeting.
- What personal attributes would make you a good fit for this role?
