Management Trainee
It starts with a group discussion which is actually quite engaging. It's not about typical topics but something that sparks interest in anyone. The main goal is to see your leadership skills and how you guide the group. They also look for how many fresh ideas you can come up with. The interview is totally based on your CV, but they really want to check how motivated you are.
- We generally don't hire women because even men struggle in these tough conditions. How will you convince us that you can handle it, especially with truckers and fitters around?
Marketing Intern
The application was easy, and HR was quick to respond. First, there was a phone call about fitting in with the company culture. Then, I had a fun and relevant technical interview on Zoom. Lastly, I met with the head of the department for a final round with more in-depth technical questions and scenarios.
