I applied online and then got a phone interview. The interview went fine, mostly just asked about my current role, past projects, and what I'm looking for career-wise. After the interview, they told me I didn't have enough agency experience, which I'm not sure what they mean by that. My resume clearly shows I haven't worked at a design agency. I'm not sure why they interviewed me if that was the reason they didn't want to move forward, I wish they would have just been upfront.

I applied on their website and got a phone interview. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. The first part involved interviews with account coordinators, and then the account supervisor interviewed me, asking similar questions. Most of the people I spoke with seemed quite young, either just starting their careers after college or in their late twenties/early thirties.

Had a brief 30-minute phone chat, and they said there'd be a second interview. I had to set up the next one, but when our schedules didn't work out, they ghosted and didn't offer other times or respond when I followed up.
