I applied online and had a phone interview, then a personal interview. The phone interview was short, just talking about my qualifications. The personal interview had two executives, though one had to leave for a call. They asked repetitive questions about specific skills and tasks. It was professional, but they seemed hesitant to share details. It was weird they asked if a lower-level job would be okay given my experience. I didn't get the job, probably because they found someone cheaper.
