It was a really quick interview process. They didn't really explain what the job entailed or what they expected from me. The job description was super vague too. The HR person didn't even know about salary, just said that if I got further in the interviews, I'd find out more.

Despite the bad reviews, I agreed to a video interview screening wondering if they had have new management, restructure or some explanation. I was sat alone at the interview, ghosted, and nobody from the company sent over any explanation or apology.

Even though I had more than one interview, they never had the decency to get back to me and tell me I didn't get the role. Being unemployed is hard. We spend days preparing for an interview. The least a company can do is reply back and notify whether or not they are moving forward after interviewing. I understand that it's impossible to get back to every person after an application, but if someone spends their time interviewing with you, you should at least get back to those candidates. Very unprofessional.

It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. The main people in charge interviewed me and asked expected questions. I also asked them questions about the organization. Just make sure you're clear about your background.
