I applied in April 2020. I had a screening telephonic call in the first week of June 2020. Then I had an interview call in mid-July 2020. Every time I followed up with the recruiter, they never bothered to respond or provide feedback by themselves. It's been 4-5 months now after applying, screening/interview calls now, no feedback or anything from their side although the role needs to recruit on an urgent basis. Horrible feedback or follow-up system.
