Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Royal Life Centers.
Therapist
I went in and they asked me questions about my availability and past experience. Questions about what modalities I use, and how my past experience could help in this setting. I was also asked how I could help with the company.
- What do you bring to the table and what do you need from us?
Therapist
The interviewer was late and forgot about the interview. No training was given. The interviewer, who was the program director, acted like they knew about work stuff they didn't. It was super unprofessional and unskilled, not to mention disorganized. I kept getting cut off. I heard a lot of cursing from one person in just a few conversations. I could say even more.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Admissions Coordinator
It was a simple interview process. Because I have little experience, they made sure to tell me everything I needed to know to do the job. I'm happy to report it's going very well.
- Tell me about your relevant experience.
