First there was a personality test, then a written test. After that, I had an interview with the manager. He asked me a lot about myself and my education, my strengths and weaknesses, and how I would react to certain information.

- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Employment Manager
I had a phone interview with my supervisor that lasted about an hour. After that I came in and met with the supervisor in person and one other person from the department back-to-back. I came back a second time a week or so later and met with several people from the senior leadership team back-to-back and a full plant tour. That day was not for the weak! I was 6 interviews in one day, but it was very helpful in learning more about RC.
- Why Royal Cup?
Manager
I got an email to set up a phone interview. I replied, but then got an automated email saying I was out because I didn't respond. This was sorted out and we did the interview. The recruiter was late, gave excuses but did apologize, and was very impersonal. I decided then it wasn't the company for me if this was how they represented themselves.
- Can you describe your career path?
Territory Manager
I had a one-on-one meeting with the local manager, and it was easy because they seemed really eager. Then, I met with the regional manager. The first meeting was straightforward, and the second was more of a casual meet-and-greet at a restaurant. That was pretty much it, and then I got the job.
- Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
