You generally start with a recruiter call, then have two hour-long calls with stakeholders. After that, there's a four-hour loop of panel interviews in a cramped, poorly ventilated conference room at the Spokane office. The panels include local staff or people on Google Hangouts. They ask similar situational questions, repeating what was asked in the phone interview. The whole process is slow and doesn't respect your time. But, I guess they want the right fit for the role and company, so it's a tough gauntlet to go through, but is it worth it for a job paying under $40k?

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was way too long, it had a lot of stages: a call, a test, and then a bunch of interviews. The job itself seems to have a super high workload. Good thing is you can work 100% from home. Communication was bad though, especially about scheduling and salary, which they just ignored me on even after I asked twice. I pulled out because they weren't respectful or upfront.
