Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got an email a few days later to set up a phone interview. I chatted with the recruiter, who was super nice, and we talked about behavioral/structural questions for about 30 min. Then, the next day, I had another phone call with a different employee. The following week, I got an email inviting me for an on-site interview. The on-site interview felt pretty relaxed, just like other reviews say, and I was quite comfortable. It lasted three hours, which was kinda tiring. They asked a mix of behavioral/structural questions, and it seemed like they had a list and just picked from it randomly. I didn't get an offer, but I really enjoyed interviewing with them.

Behavioral Other

First, there was a written part where they wanted to know about my experience, my personality, how I solve problems, and how I handle tough customer interactions. After that, I had two phone calls. The questions in the phone calls were pretty much the same as the written ones. Everyone on the hiring team was really nice and friendly, making it a good experience overall. Unfortunately, they ended up offering the job to someone else.
