It was very chaotic and unfair. They ask for the same information multiple times, and they make you send in work and do live tests that don't make sense or have any logic. Each test is done by different people with different criteria, and some don't even know about the job you're applying for. In the last test, the person testing me had a really strong accent and there were problems with the technical test that they couldn't solve. They wrote it down and interpreted those problems as mine.

The interview process was really smooth and organized. It started with an initial screen with the Business Analyst head, then a data challenge, and finally a meeting with the Hiring manager. Everything felt seamless, and I was kept informed. However, things took a negative turn after my call with the HM. A recruiter initially told me I wasn't selected due to work authorization issues, which I clarified wasn't the case. I was then told I'd hear back about a decision within a few days, but that didn't happen. I ended up waiting over two weeks with no updates, and the company stopped responding to my follow-up emails. After two weeks, they finally got back to me, still saying they hadn't resolved the work authorization issue. A week later, they informed me they had suddenly decided they no longer needed a Business Analyst. While the initial stages were good, the company showed a complete lack of respect towards the end. The lack of updates and responses was unprofessional, making it a terrible interview experience. More transparency would have made the process much better. I was very disappointed by the unprofessionalism and conflicting information I received at the end.

It's a process of about 5 interviews. The first one is with HR. In 2-3 of them, there will be group interviews. It's recommended to know how a marketplace works. All interviews are in English.
