I had a really thorough interview, and they asked some good questions. They mentioned offering great pay and benefits. The whole process felt very smooth and unhurried. Make sure your resume is up to date with everything on it!

It was professional. The process started with a recruiter call, then I talked to a manager, and after that, I had an onsite meeting with some Engineers. The company seemed well-organized and thorough. I didn't get a rejection email, which I feel is a courtesy that companies should offer, or at least let me know if I could apply elsewhere.

It started with a phone screen. Then I had an in-person interview which was more of a chat. I noticed some potential issues like them saying 'everyone is family here', being defensive about WFH, and it sounded like this role was a replacement for someone who left on bad terms. Weeks went by with no word after the in-person, and then I got an automated email saying I wasn't selected. Honestly, I think I got lucky and avoided a bad situation.

The interview process was straightforward, however, a subsequent interview that was planned didn't happen. I didn't get any feedback from the interviewer, and the reason they gave for not scheduling the next interview was very brief and uninformative, just mentioning that my compensation request was higher than their budget.
