The interview process was a bit confusing because the two people interviewing me seemed to have different ideas about what this job was about. One of them was late and didn't seem very interested in me or what I could bring to the table. After that, I heard nothing back.

In September 2024, a recruiter reached out about a Recruiter role. The first interview got rescheduled, and after I followed up twice, we finally connected. A few days later, I interviewed with the Recruiting Manager, who said I'd proceed to an on-site with the owner, Sunny. I prepped and waited a week, then followed up. No response, so I reached out again to the manager and recruiter, but heard nothing back. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

The interview process at RoundGlass was super unique and interesting. It started with a chill ice breaker round with all candidates and team members introducing themselves. Next, we had a round where unlike any other company, we were supposed to put questions/ cross-question and the employer team was supposed to answer. We were being judged on our capabilities to think and dig deep. It also helped us understand the company goals, products and services. The interview also included a brainstorming round, followed by team activities and presentations. The best part was having lunch and bonding with the team. The last round was a one on one with the head of Digital Marketing Team, RG. Owing to the brilliant recruitment plan, the final one on one session was pretty comfortable and fun, free of any external or mental pressure. We left the office space with personal feedback to improve ourselves further. All in all, the interview was a complete reflection of the well-being culture that RoundGlass provides and promotes. Lovely experience!!

It was a chaotic, disorganized, and disrespectful interview process. It was lengthy and dreadful, but ultimately yielded no results. It seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. After an initial chat with a recruiter who was nice but uninformed, I was stood up twice for meetings where the interviewer never showed up. I'd avoid this company if I were you. If they treat potential employees this way, it's not worth the effort.
