The interview process was easy. They want someone who is friendly and has sales skills. They're looking for agreeable people who can easily hold a 30-minute conversation. They ask standard questions about integrity and your reasons for leaving your previous job.

First, you gotta send in your resume, cover letter, and maybe a portfolio or some answers to questions they ask beforehand. Then, recruiters or the hiring managers check out your application to see if you're good enough to move on.

It's a thorough and detailed interview process, but not overwhelming. You'll start with a casual chat with a supervisor. After that, they'll have you shadow a worker to see the job firsthand. If that goes well, you'll meet with the General Manager. Everyone I met was a pleasure to talk to. Once you get past that, you'll have about 72-96 hours to complete a drug test, and they'll also run a background check during that time. If everything checks out, they'll extend an offer, and if you accept, you'll even receive a formal acceptance letter.

I applied for jobs a few months back and sent in my resume. The salary for this accounting position wasn't posted, which was a big warning sign I ignored because I was trying to cover a lot of ground while relocating states. They finally got back to me two months after I had already accepted another job that paid much better. This offer was ridiculously low, way below market value. My resume is strong, with nearly 10 years of experience and work at high-profile companies. I suspect they were trying to see how cheaply they could hire a good employee. People need to cover living expenses, so companies should raise their pay. They offered me the position extremely fast, which was another red flag.
